Refund policy
At Amréa Boutique, we hope you love every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please read our policy below.
UK Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant or any other marks.
- Be returned in their original condition.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
UK Sale Items
All sale, discounted, promotional and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
This includes purchases made using discount codes or promotional offers.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the final item in your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return your item(s).
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant or any other marks.
- Be returned in their original condition.
Customers may also cancel an order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, the EU Right of Withdrawal process outlined above will apply.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to a fault, damage or an error on our part.
Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
Please note that certain items may be exempt from the EU Right of Withdrawal where permitted by law, including sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the item.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
UK Orders
Within 5–10 working days.
EU Orders
Within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless:
- The item was faulty, damaged or sent incorrectly; or
- A refund of the original delivery charge is required under applicable consumer law.
Return Shipping
Unless your item is faulty, damaged or sent incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item(s).
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Amréa Boutique cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
